Could be. Online forums and other sites aren't shy about providing information. I don't know how much of that comes from personal experience or is gleaned from reading the official documentation.
Personally the reason I've been MIA is due mostly to trying to find a job. I've also been given the chance to teach English abroad, so I've been getting ready for that as well. I'm still going to at least try to keep up to date while I'm away, although the lack of a PC or even a laptop means there's not much of a way I could contribute.
