Thanks for answering all the questions. From the information so far I feel the
use case is exactly what is solved by SLA monitoring(with email as the medium).
I asked all the above questions to find if this solves any other use cases but
it does not. For other use cases users can put an email action in workflow and
we shouldn't build a feature in falcon for that. Please note that I am speaking
not just as a Falcon developer but also as one of the biggest known "customer"
of falcon and also someone who is deeply involved with operations of falcon in
that setup and provides falcon as a service to other teams.
