There is a GNATS -> BugZilla conversion tool distributed with 'zilla, but I never tried it... I can give it a shot, convert the old Gnats stuff, set up the whole thing, let you try it out, and then, when you're satisfied with the installation, you can go ahead and change the pointers to the bug tracking database on the website...
