Thank you, Ain for providing the log:

Here some highlights:
Pootle update:
8 languages uploaded to Pootle. Issues related to the content uploaded have now been fixed. Pootle now displays the right content and the right translation statistics.

Translation schedule for 2.4:
there will be an interim l10n CWS build mid of November with the latest translations delivered by October 29th. In case of difficulties in meeting the October 29th deadline, please prioritize the translation work as follows: GUI before Help translation and please deliver only sdf files which contain translated strings (in case, please remove untranslated strings from the sdf).

Handling linguistic fixes:
this is related to linguistic issues found in the English strings (GUI) which make localization of the strings very difficult or nearly impossible. Such issues, if found should be submitted selecting the project component (NOT the category l10n) but entering the keyword localization for better tracking. Rafaella to find out how to add such keyword in issuetracker.

Kind Regards,
Rafaella
