OK, but I choose it mostly to get used to Pootle.
If you could successfully upload the files with merge option, it
should be ok. And I guess it was a good decision to upload them a few
days prior to the deadline, then you could avoid the peak time. ;)
And that was the other thought behind it

I can see you're working on the Pootle from the log.:)
Don't you have a place to go to then ;-)
During work on Pootle, you could get better performance if you execute
functions at sub directories or even one file instead of whole
project. Smaller area of execution is better.
Working 1 file at a time. Cleaning up fuzzies
