just using the -f switch just cahnges the errormessage of the issues that *could* be fixed automatically. It does not fix anything. To actually fix things you would have to use -wf and get a file name_fix.sdf containing the fixes which would have to get reimported. Note that the _fix.sdf file can still contain errors which could not be fixed automatically.
