As the matter of fact, most of the words we are translating are quite "old". I mean, we don't have to look it up on a dictionary or a glossary.
When a meet a new word, it is a good idea to discuss with our team and find a good translate of it. If you or anyone know any effective/fast way to check/test GUI translation of GUI applications like OOo please let me know. To my knowledge, GUI translation can/should not be tested automatically. We need human to test it.
