Wouldn't this table look much better, if it was only one? And if the tested/release versions cells would have a green background indicating these are the ones that are green-state in QA?
It confuses user if she finds her language in the first table but not the OS she looked for (yeah, it is stated in the above text, but mostly people won't read it).
