Robert, were you thinking of not supporting that in the StandardTokenizer
replacement in the short term?
I don't know how this hack founds its way in, but from a Thai tokenization
perspective the only thing it is doing is preventing StandardTokenizer from
splitting thai on non-spacing marks (like it does wrongly for other languages).
So UAX#29 itself is the fix...
