breaks at space and punctuation and nowhere else. This test should be put back
into TestUAX29Tokenizer with the appropriate expected output.
But why does it fail for my test (listed above) with only a single thai phrase
(nothing is output)?
Do you think it is because of Complex_Context or is there an off-by-one bug
somehow?
