Oracle anywayz filed a suit only against Google. Any Open Source project is dependent on its community and not on a company for its survival. Secondly market has enough MS hater corporates who would like to support anything which hurt MS on its one of the most profitable products.
On a lighter note, as long as MS is alive, there would be no dearth of supporters for OOo.
