Oracle anywayz filed a suit only against Google.

Any Open Source project is dependent on its community and not on a company
for its survival. Secondly market has enough MS hater corporates who would
like to support anything which hurt MS on its one of the most profitable
products.

On a lighter note, as long as MS is alive, there would be no dearth of
supporters for OOo.

To end as a great chinese leader said, The color of cat doesn't matter as
long as it catches the mice:)
