Looks like there are releases hosted on dist.mxnet.io and
repo.mxnet.io as well?  Are we looking for INFRA to host those as
well?

I see discuss.mxnet.io is now being archived to
discuss-arch...@mxnet.apache.org.  Is there a similar plan in the
works for discuss.gluon.ai?

Makes sense on the brand management review, I will hold off until we
hear from INFRA.
