This presentation attempts to tell you that OOoAuthors is "THE" way to
contribute to documentation.

I don't remember a single slide that even suggested that. It's silly. Why would Authors be the only way to contribute? There must be a dozen different ways to contribute documentation. OOoAuthors is just one tool. People who like it can use it, people who prefer something else can use something else. That is all.

While I can certainly appreciate Daniel's attempt to answer to
difficulty of using our site's tools, I think it would certainly have
been better if he had put his talent and energy at teaching people how
to use OOo's site tools (cvs, mailing lists)

I'm glad you value my work. I honestly think that the way I did it was better. But you are free to use the tool you prefer.

Anyway. I totally agree with Sophie. The wording on OOoAuthors makes a
good job denegating the very existence of the fr documentation
community, and it is simply unacceptable. But Daniel knows all this
since he does that ON PURPOSE.

Since when do you read minds? Why would I be trying to attack the fr project in purpose? How could I since I don't even know French? Sophie pointed out two lines that were wrong and I removed them inmediately. I have no interest in competting with the fr project, and neither does Agnes.

Cheers,
Daniel.
