My apologies - the path to localization.js in the wiki page was
incorrect. I have fixed it on the wiki page, but it should point to
/branding/scripts/localization.js
Please note that until the new header design goes live (should be
within the next week or two), the only thing that can really be
localized is the logo and positioner.

Perhaps I have missed something, but I tried to localize the header and
positioner for FR project and it does not work. Error console in Firefox
says that localize function is not defined. Have you changed the path for
localization.js file ?
