The only request that I have at this stage is nudge a few groups to
form so that objectives can be put down on the wiki and the success of
such groups can be measured. Early prototyping would lead to better
estimation of what works and, what doesn't.
I tend to say that the aims and works of Regional Groups can be
considered to be mainly the same as those of a Native Language community.
Main (only?) difference: the localization work.
So would it be logic to support RG's from and welcome them within the NLC?
