The digital divide is greatest in this population. The New Zealand
demographic has all representitives of all the Pacific Islands in New
Zealand, and in the town I live in Tokoroa (pop 12,000) the bulk of Pacific
Islanders represented.

Open office language work has a fertile ground here.
