online help is more efficient way to have end user help and sometime existing feature boundary. In some customer project online help is using to define what is operational or not, it's very convenient for business Analyst and End user.

Yes that's why I asked this question. I don't use the online help but it seems something interesting to me, not sure if/how users are using it...
