However, on rebuilding , I am unable to see the changes. What am I doing wrong?
What configure options are you using? I recommended that you configured with --with-package-format=installed ; in that case you would find a ready-to-run copy of OpenOffice in main/instsetoo_native/unxlngx6.pro/Apache_OpenOffice/installed/install/en-US/openoffice4/program/soffice and you should simply execute it (no installation).
Also, please could you tell me how to assign a bug to myself.
If you don't see the "Take" command just tell us, we may need to get some extra privileges assigned to you.
