Reporting a problem with the OpenOffice website

good morning dev openoffice.apache.org

i have OpenOffice software, and i want to install it for my windows xp
licensed. 

but i doubt it is LEGAL TO USE in windows? Or we need license from
OpenOffice.org before installing?
