The Issue tracker is not a user help facility. Please read the FAQ and
other information linked in the left frame of this screen. You can get
help from the public users mailing list [email protected] or on the
forum at <http://user.services.openoffice.org/en/forum/>
Unfortunately it's not always evident whether it's a simple help
request or additionally a really good hint concerning a bug.
I doubt that these help requests cause more than 10% of my work, but
may be
<http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/workflowcharts/defect_triaging.pdf>
should be completed concerning that problem?
My search for "Set NEEDMOREINFO keyword" also lead to
<http://marketing.openoffice.org/ooocon2004/presentations/thursday/QA1.pdf>,
(by Joost Andrae) what is an interesting doucment, but unfortunately
completely outdated.
