Unfortunately it's not always evident whether it's a simple help request or additionally a really good hint concerning a bug.

I doubt that these help requests cause more than 10% of my work, but may be <http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/workflowcharts/defect_triaging.pdf> should be completed concerning that problem?

My search for "Set NEEDMOREINFO keyword" also lead to
<http://marketing.openoffice.org/ooocon2004/presentations/thursday/QA1.pdf>, (by Joost Andrae) what is an interesting doucment, but unfortunately completely outdated.
