Hey Bruce,

Long time no see !
If github is no good, then we could try to do it as a google project.
I think they allow you to pick the licensing etc.., and they provide
mailing lists, issue tracker and a wiki.

I am sure this may have been considered, but was wondering if there is
a reason why it wasn't picked.
