Thanks for your opinion, so you suggest that we need to maintain the
Chinese documentation, and when contributors contribute a new feature,
there is no mandatory for him to update the Chinese documentation. But
he still needs to copy the English documentation into the Chinese
folder. And we accept the PR about Chinese documentation.
This way is similar to the first one. In this way, the community may
need to pay more attention to reviewing the PR to avoid
inconsistencies in the two kinds of documentation.
