Multilingual versions will become a burden in the future. Whether it is for the
community or users, I prefer to keep only English documents. Jiajie proposed a
method [1] to solve the problem of document language, which I prefer.

Hi Fanjia,

Thanks for your opinion, so you suggest that we need to maintain the
Chinese documentation, and when contributors contribute a new feature,
there is no mandatory for him to update the Chinese documentation. But
he still needs to copy the English documentation into the Chinese
folder. And we accept the PR about Chinese documentation.
This way is similar to the first one. In this way, the community may
need to pay more attention to reviewing the PR to avoid
inconsistencies in the two kinds of documentation.

This is my opinon:
If the contributor only has the English version of the document, then they need
to copy the document to the corresponding folder of the Chinese version, and
then others can directly modify the Chinese version of the document after
translation. At the same time, you can also know that those Chinese version
documents have not been translated.

Hi community,

Right now, we have complete documentation in English[1]. And once a
contributor contributes a new PR, he needs to update the English
documentation, this can help us easily to maintain our documentation.
And there still exists Chinese documentation in our repo, and the
Chinese documentation is behind a lot[2].

This mail thread mainly wants to talk about do we need to maintain
Chinese documentation. There are some practices we can choose.

1. Maintain the Chinese version documentation, and once the
contributor contributes a new PR, he needs to update both English and
Chinese documentation.
2. Maintain the Chinese version documentation, and once the
contributor contributes a new PR, he only needs to update the English
version documentation, and we still accept the PR about Chinese
documentation.
3. Don't maintain the Chinese version documentation, delete the
current Chinese documentation, and don't accept the PR about Chinese
documentation.

If you have any other practices, please feel free to join this discussion.
