Hi,

+1 (IPMC binding)

I checked the release:
- incubating in artefact name
- signatures and hashes fine
- DISCLAIMER exists
- LICENSE and NOTICE good
- no unexpected binaries in release
- all source files have ASF headers
- can compile from source

Compiled result looks good to me.
