OK, is IssueZilla a MUST? I mean is this part and parcel of Collabnet? I
 think, I'm not sure, that we MAY have the capability (somehow) of
customized IssueZilla's form interface. I've been to other sites that
use IZ that don't present you with the LONG interface that OOo has. I
will be happy to investigate this and let you know what I find out but I
probably can't get to this until next weekend at the earliest.

Christian might be able to chime in here as well.
