Thanks for adding the link. I'm sure a lot of users will bless you for it.
IMHO, there is very little wrong with IT itself. A couple of new fields
for better tracking of duplicates would save QA a lot of work; the
headings above the first discussion (initial report) should be cleaned
up; no biggie.
But the /interface/ to IT is /not/ IT. It is daunting, to say the least,
for initial filing. Front-ending IT with a wizard should be fairly
straightforward web work, and we really really ought to do that.
