Not sure if this answers the question perhaps you can send me the link to the guide on seting up a web app on services.
I think what Cor meant was: We cannot decide if your application should be in the OOo domain until we know what you have in mind.
The basic way is to set up the application, communicate with the community what you plan and then decide. I have no idea on what you want to do with the CRM system. Do you want to manage OOo contacts and adopters?
If there is a senseful use and your idea is supported in the community, having it in the services.oo.o domain is not much of a problem, technically. The point is that we first need to know what you want to do...
