That's a really good point; we should endeavour to use a common CSS
framework across all sites (which also implies a common HTML framework
- in terms of layout). Right now, each site uses its own CSS adapted
from the main website with different classes, etc. Creating a robust
and reusable CSS framework would be one of the top priorities; it
would serve as the base, and other websites could then build on it.

At this stage I don't think we need to worry about that so much -
we're only at the very early ideas stage. Mockups can come later, and
even the early stage of discussing ideas will need to involve other
projects (especially UX, branding and native-lang).

To keep things moving, I have created a new wiki section in the
website project where we can list ideas ... feel free to add your own.
