well maybe we don't really NEED action statements on many of the other
pages...however, I think the Projects tab and corresponding pages might
use some "actionable" help to get people involved.

What I find most annoying in terms of consistency if you want to know
the truth is the difference in what appears in the left-hand nav column
from page to page at times.

I'm just really wondering about any HUGE overhauls in light of eventual
Kenai migration, which I still haven't learned much about.
