True, but if we can set up the (static) CSS+HTML framework (i.e., the CSS files and the HTML structure), then it can be 'ported' to Kenai later. And, since Kenai is stalled with no estimated date of availability, coupled with the developments in OOo's branding, we can't really wait that long - it's better (IMHO) that we get started now - it's certainly not ideal, I know, but if we would like the website to be ready for 3.3 (and/or the 10th anniversary) we need to get moving.
