What might be interesting is also to compile some stats on the reasons for refusal for requests made through WDTK. The FOIA is narrow as we know and in my experience (I am both someone who has managed a Public Liaison Unit for a public body, and a passionate FOI-er) many people don't understand what is and isn't subject to it.
I think the point bring made below is not a criticism on WDTK for making the process easier, but perhaps that it doesn't assist understanding of the limits of the act. I'd be willing to carry out this research...
