Hi,

I think compiling some stats would be very useful.

You can list all requests that have at some point been marked for
internal review with the following query:

   http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/search/status:internal_review

If you can do a bit of research I am sure the WDTK team would love to
help analyse and publicise it.  I'll post about it on the Alaveteli
blog as well.
