I believe Techhub is full, but some of the other co-working spaces have
capacity. I use The Cube (www.thecubelondon.com) - which is quite good and
still in the Shoreditch orbit.
However it's a matter of taste whether you want to share a space with other
companies. I suggest you visit a couple of spaces and see how you like the
atmosphere.
Although having your own dedicated office has lots of advantages, it can be
surprisingly expensive. The last dedicated office I had cost us 22k/year in
rent, but when all the overheads and business rates were added it came to
nearly 50k. That was for about 8-10 staff in a 2000 square foot space
(which is admittedly a bit bigger than necessary for that number of
people). Also, you don't have the flexibility to scale up and down that is
available in a co-working space.
Serviced offices (Regus, MWB etc) have most of the privacy and noise
advantages of dedicated space and the flexibility of co-working, but you
really have to pay for it. You can probably expect to pay £500-700/month
per person for a serviced office, compared to £200-250 for a co-working
space and £300-400 for a dedicated office.
