I work for a start up based in LIC (http://www.lkic.com) at South Bank
University in Elephant and Castle. Not the most salubrious area but
it's well connected and (I'm told) fairly cheap. Rental space is
mainly geared towards start-ups but might be worth asking about more
established organisations like yours.
