I'd like to second Ed's suggestion (http://www.lkic.com). I worked in at
the same place for a few months last year.

It's not ueber-cool Shoredich, but it's a nice building with a varied mix
of tenants and a good, cheap, friendly on-site cafe. As Ed mentioned,
Elephant and Castle is well connected with public transport and in easy
reach of both Westminster and the City.
