Worth talking to Charles Armstrong of Trampoline Systems / One Click Orgs. The Trampery is a shared office space they run and share with smaller startups. It's very nicely done out.
It probably doesn't have room for you (worth asking!), but he will definitely have tips on how to get good spaces.
