I think you need to define your requirement. Where do you want to be close to - media, IT, or politics?
There's quite a nice page of indicative sqf rates here: http://www.pearl-coutts.co.uk/office_to_let.asp?location=all&sqft=all&type=Office+to+Let&order=exsqft Given MySociety profile and objectives, and the state of the market, it's feasible you could get it for essentially nothing from a suitable sponsor. There seems to be plenty of empty space in London. One serviced office provision that I know of is CAN Mezzanine (Community Action Network) with locations in Southwark South of the Globe, and in Old Street. That is Lord Mawson's setup, who have people like Transparency International there. See: http://www.can-online.org.uk/pages/serviced-office-space.html You get full service inc tea/coffee, reception, meeting rooms, boardroom and lecture room for about £90 per desk per week. So nice and very flexible, but top end. Another plan is to find a charity downsizing their headquarters. Does Portcullis House have space now that they are chucking 50 MPs out? :-) Matt
