As David has said, I don't think samba can do this. Maybe there's some way
of fiddling the registry per user in the netlogon script, but I suspect
that by the time that script is running it's too late. But you'd only use
a roaming profile for the first login that way.

I guess you could set up a default profile for new users that way - I
don't know how that would intersect with the policy manager.

I'd be loathe to tie a manager feature to a particular part of a netlogon
script, which we see very much as a local management tool at this stage.
