That’s just what I thought: We can make it more expensive to run a node, so we
can set a minimum cost for impersonating one user. That can avoid some
attacks, whete the attackers need 10 times the number of real nodes.

But it can not avoid attacks which just require 10% of the nodes to be
malicious.
