We should not ask everything in the installer, because installers are a pain to 
maintain, and for reasons of antivirus software should be updated as 
infrequently as often. Whether to use opennet should be asked by Java code. 
Furthermore, we need to explicitly explain and ask about opennet: it's a big 
deal, it needs a paragraph, not a few words. A lot of people will click Next 
Next Next Next Next as they do in all other installers. It absolutely cannot be 
a default off checkbox. Nor can it be a default on checkbox. It needs to be a 
Yes/No with no default.
