OK, looked at it. Sorry for knocking back your idea, Andrew. I would still
prefer a distributed moderation system to subspaces moderated by a single 
provider (or a small group of providers sharing a key). But if I can't make 
distributed moderation fly I'll have a look at trusted providers.
