Right now it's between me and the FCC. I don't want to start a big fight with the FCC. They can come down on you very hard, I learned prettty much in the past to be nice when dealling with such things and they pretty much toss it in the recycle bin. If other people start getting on their case they will just get PO's at me.
Do what you want woth the modes.
