Hi Bill, You proved my point that what we now consider just a normal feature of software or radio operation, is something that we once considered "automatic" before. JT65A may certainly be operated in an automated way. The operator can program specific transmissions that happen by computer control, on a time schedule. The transmissions happen regardless of other traffic on the channel. The transmissions may be in responses to specific calls or sequences of other stations. Case closed. Bonnie KQ6XA
