Whoah whoah whoah...

Remember, for all of us... if it wasn't for the registrant, this list
wouldn't exist, our businesses wouldn't exist, and this wouldn't be an
issue.  Yes, the RSP is our direct customer, and yes they ultimately pay us.
But by obligation we HAVE to keep the end user in mind - because, ultimately
they are who matter.  This is a service industry - wholesale, retail,
supplier - it all comes down to the customer and their satisfaction.
