Renewal management is somewhat disabled on Horizon, to avoid the
likelihood of confusion with some of the messages that can be sent out by
the system. However, I'm not 100% sure to what extent they are disabled -
send me the domains offlist and I'll look into it.
That aside, we've heard nothing unusual with using renew.cgi via the live
system in actually renewing a domain :)
