RSP to RSP transfers

Hi

If anyone please let me know ... how long it takes RSP - RSP transfer ... i
requested at least one week back ... with a fax request and followed by
e-mail with scanned copy of fax .... i have also confirmed the e-mail came
to me for transfer ...
