Maybe I'm missing something, but what is the value of whois via Tucow's web
site as opposed to whois from anywhere else ?
The convenience of one-stop (and one-window) shopping?
The fact that other registrars do it, so not doing it is just cheaping out?
However, I'd also say that the ability to enter the domain and check availability before you enter client info is even more important.
