I see Oracle has released Solaris 11. While I don't think it was ever actually promised, based on the leaked internal memo they were talking about releasing the source code once the product was released.
Think that will actually happen? It would sure be nice to be able to have a common zpool/zfs feature set between Solaris and Illumos based distributions. Conversely, I've seen a lot of new features and fixes flying by on the Illumos dev mailing list; any evidence of Oracle pulling those in to their commercial Solaris? -- Paul B.
