I just bought a WD Red 2TB drive from them within the last couple of weeks.
 It was wrapped in the bubble wrap with large bubbles, inside a box, then
that was inside a newegg shipping box with a lot of craft paper around it
to cushion it.  Drive is fine so far.

That's pretty weak that you're RMAing the drive because it was damaged in
transit *to* you, but they reject the RMA because they think it happened on
the way back to them.
