Probably won't work, because the warranty replacements from Seagate (at least 
in my experience) are refurbished drives....plus the serial number won't match 
what newegg had originally sent.

And, I've questioned whether we'd want to put refurbished drives into a 
production system in this case.  Though I did eventually cave a while back and 
use a refurbished warranty replacement in a server, and it has been working 
fine so far.  And, there was a time where all the replacement drives going into 
our SAN were either refurbs or pulls....
